An early-stage initiative in the move from prototype to validation. Nothing here is a finished product, and the business figures are working hypotheses rather than commitments.
Survey of potential clients, pricing and incentives, analysis.
Survey and interviews with potential Supporters.
Training the AI model; dry-run on therapy transcripts with expert scoring.
A mental-health entrepreneur, a psychologist and an AI specialist.
Regulatory review of support by non-licensed providers.
Mapping and approaching candidates.
A focused pilot with defined success metrics.
Business plan and investor conversations.
Two surveys — one of potential clients, one of potential Supporters — tested whether people would use, pay for, and deliver AI-guided support from trained non-licensed practitioners. Both response sheets are in the documents.
The concept has also been discussed with psychologists, professors and researchers, who were asked to challenge it rather than endorse it. The feedback was sufficiently positive to continue.
Would people use and pay for this? Would trained non-licensed Supporters take part?
Does AI actually make the Supporter better, without distracting from the conversation?
Can the system identify situations that require escalation? Can it run at a sustainable cost?
Next: the AI model is being evaluated on real therapy transcripts, with expert psychologists rating the quality of its guidance, ahead of a supervised pilot.
Markets under consideration are consumer, professional (therapists using the infrastructure), institutional and public-sector. The initial market direction is the United States, beginning with a controlled pilot.
~$5 per session, in service of broad accessibility. Would need validating against Supporter pay, infrastructure, AI cost, oversight and acquisition.
~20% platform commission on marketplace sessions. Non-marketplace use could remain free, with advanced capabilities by subscription.
~₪200,000 for a focused validation phase — product, infrastructure, AI usage, recruitment, training, consultation and measurement.
Initial concept; the human Supporter + AI model defined; professional feedback incorporated.
Core MVP architecture established; real-time communication and transcription implemented.
Claude integrated into the Supporter workflow.
Prototype → validation.
InTune is looking for Supporters, advisors, a technology partner, organizations to pilot with, and early investors.
